How to get support from Otley Foodbank

Otley Foodbank provides food packages for people in Otley and the LS21 area who are experiencing food poverty.

Referrals usually come from a trusted local agency or professional who knows your situation.

This might include:

  • a school
  • a GP surgery
  • a local authority team
  • a children’s centre
  • a social worker or support worker
  • a town councillor
  • another recognised community, health or support professional

Once a referral is received, we aim to deliver the first food package within three days.

Support may be provided as a one-off food package or as deliveries for up to eight consecutive weeks. People can receive up to three periods of eight weeks within a rolling year.

Once a referral has been accepted, we will begin delivering on a weekly basis.
