Otley Foodbank provides food packages for people in Otley and the LS21 area who are experiencing food poverty.
Referrals may come from schools, GP surgeries, local authority teams, children’s centres, social workers, support workers, town councillors and other recognised community or health professionals.
We ask referrers to submit a referral only where they believe the person or household needs food support.
Once we receive a referral, we aim to deliver the first food package within three days.
After the form has been submitted, referrers will see a thank you message confirming that the referral has been received. We will get in touch if we have any further questions.
If the referral is accepted, we will aim to deliver a food package within three working days.
Please note
- We currently support people in Otley and the LS21 area.
- Food packages are delivered by volunteers.
- We are not an emergency same-day service.
- Support may be one-off or for up to eight consecutive weeks.
- People can receive up to three periods of eight weeks within a rolling year.
